5G Mobile WiFi

Looking for a new internet/telephone for our business was becoming a tedious job searching endless suppliers, I was intrigued when I saw the name The Technology Doctors, as we have no landline to our premises the system they advertised the tp-link looked ideal, I rang and spoke with Damian, I talked through what I was trying to achieve, airbourne Internet + VOIP telephone, I was that confident in Damian I asked for his recommendations, Damian remotely checked our postcode to see which airbourne data provider gave the best coverage which was Vodafone, I ordered and paid for the tp-link (£89.99)with vodafone data sim (12 month unlimited data contract £35 per month inc VAT!) I also ordered and paid for the Yealink twin handset package (£99.99) again on Damian's recommendation (unlimited calls £30 per month inc VAT) The complete system was delivered ready to go this afternoon, plug and play, the guys had programmed everthing brilliant! I cannot praise Damian and The Technology Doctors enough, the service and sales was superb, and I would certainly recommend anyone looking for internet or VOIP solutions to call The Technology Doctors. Cannot praise high enough Damian’s professionalism and knowledge. I do not do high end tech, so really depended on good product knowledge and practical input. The amount of help Damien provided was way over and above my expectations as it is rare to get such quality service. Also, what was refreshing he was not all about selling his products, on the contrary he advised I did not need a Deco router but that I could use my own which I did. Then had a lovely birthday surprise and got a Deco router too to go with my Deco X50’s. Brilliant products and top man at the end of an email for any help required. 10 out 10. Buy from this guy and you won’t go wrong.

Awesome service. Great deal on my initial order, and great customer support. I had an issue with the SIM not connecting to data after an update from EE. I contacted support, and within 24 hours had a replacement SIM in my hand which resolved my issue.

Absolutely ‘on the money’ with his assessment of my problem and his providing the ‘cure’. Email to Damian outlining my rural location. He suggested I try TP Links NX 510 and a pm SIM. To say that it’s performance is impressive is not doing it justice. Brilliant! I am not in the least tech minded. Had me carry out speed tests for 5G reception around the house. On the readings I provided to Damian he suggested the NX 510. Not expensive. Works everything brilliantly. TV/desktop/SkyQ/Alexa, everything . He knows his stuff and doesn’t talk to you as though you’re an idiot. Highly recommended!
