Awesome service. Great deal on my initial order, and great customer support. I had an issue with the SIM not connecting to data after an update from EE. I contacted support, and within 24 hours had a replacement SIM in my hand which resolved my issue.

Absolutely ‘on the money’ with his assessment of my problem and his providing the ‘cure’. Email to Damian outlining my rural location. He suggested I try TP Links NX 510 and a pm SIM. To say that it’s performance is impressive is not doing it justice. Brilliant! I am not in the least tech minded. Had me carry out speed tests for 5G reception around the house. On the readings I provided to Damian he suggested the NX 510. Not expensive. Works everything brilliantly. TV/desktop/SkyQ/Alexa, everything . He knows his stuff and doesn’t talk to you as though you’re an idiot. Highly recommended!

Highly delighted with the Deco X50 5g router and EE sim card. I had advice from Damian before purchasing, who confirmed this router would do what I needed. It came the next day. I was with an older model TP-Link using Vodafone on 4g and only getting .2mbps ( yes, point two mbps) at 10pm. With the combo I bought I can hit 300mbps now. I had a slight problem, which Damian said they would cure and he arranged to return it. It was back with me within 48 hours of sending it to them, working perfectly. Customer service has been exceptional throughout the whole process.
